Important Notice: We cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged, impaired, or broken due to misuse.

Return & Exchange Policy

As a general rule, returns or exchanges are available within 14 days from the date of product receipt. You may return or exchange products as detailed below:

Change of Mind

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it provided that ALL of the following conditions are met:

  1. The product has not been used

  2. It remains in its original, sealed packaging without defects

  3. No damage or defect has occurred to the product itself

Return Process

  • Return requests must be submitted during our operating hours as detailed above

  • You will receive a refund within 14 days of our receipt of the returned product

  • Refunds will be credited directly to the original payment method used for purchase

  • The refund will be processed under the same terms as the original transaction

  • No need to contact your credit card company to cancel the transaction – we will handle it for you

Return Shipping Cost

​For returns due to change of mind, a courier return fee of ₪30 (approximately $8-10 USD) applies.
International customers: Return shipping costs vary by location and will be communicated upon return authorization.

Defective Product

If you receive a defective product:

  • Contact customer service immediately as detailed above

  • If we determine that the product was indeed received in defective condition, you may choose:
    Option A: Receive a replacement product via courier at no cost
    Option B: Return the item and receive a full refund

No return shipping charges apply for defective products.

Shipping & Delivery

Products purchased will be shipped via various courier companies within the delivery timeframe specified at checkout. If you requested home delivery, the courier will coordinate arrival times with you in advance.

Domestic Shipping (Israel)

Standard Areas:

  • Delivery time: 2-5 business days from order confirmation

Remote Areas:

  • Delivery time: 3-9 business days from order confirmation

  • Remote areas include: Golan Heights communities, northern border regions, Arab sector communities, Jordan Valley communities, settlements beyond the Green Line, Gaza envelope communities, Eilat, Dead Sea, and Arava communities

IMPORTANT NOTICES

The site management and company are not responsible for delays related to courier companies. However, we will work diligently to track your shipment and keep you informed.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If the courier company is unable to complete delivery for any reason, we will notify you and work together to find a mutually acceptable alternative solution.

FORCE MAJEURE
The site management is not responsible for delays in product delivery resulting from events beyond our control, arising from force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Technical malfunctions

  • Delays, strikes, or labor disputes

  • Natural disasters

  • Global pandemics

  • Computer system or telephone system failures

  • Email service interruptions that may affect completion of the purchase process
