(Hereinafter: “the Company”)

This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to presentation of the original purchase invoice, this Warranty Certificate, and a valid product serial number or other identification mark.

The Company undertakes to repair, directly or through its authorized service providers, any defect, malfunction, or failure discovered during the warranty period that originates solely from manufacturing materials or production processes, at no cost to the purchaser, all in accordance with applicable law and consumer protection regulations.

Service timeframes:

• Within 10 days from delivery of the product to a service station, or

• Within 14 days from delivery of the product to the point of sale, or

• Within 3 weeks if delivered via an authorized distributor.

(Weekends and public holidays are not included in the repair time calculation.)

The Company shall determine, at its sole discretion and according to the nature of the malfunction, whether to perform a repair, replace the defective part, or if repair or part replacement is not possible,  provide a replacement product of equal value.

This warranty does not apply where damage or malfunction results from any of the following:

• Any intentional or negligent act or omission by the purchaser or any third party.

• Improper or unreasonable use of the product, including use not for its intended purpose, unsuitable environmental conditions, or use of accessories not supplied or approved by the Company or its authorized distributors.

• Unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair or servicing, including use of non-original parts, except where caused by breach of the Company’s obligations under this warranty or applicable law.

• Breakage, misuse, inadequate maintenance, or violation of product usage or warranty instructions.

• Force majeure events occurring after delivery of the product.

• Cosmetic or external damage, including scratches, paint peeling, wear and tear, or similar defects.

In the event that the Company determines that the malfunction is attributable to a cause not covered under this warranty, the Company may offer repair or replacement services for a fee, subject to prior approval by the purchaser based on a written cost estimate.

• This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective product only, as detailed above.

• The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, reputational harm, or any other financial loss arising directly or indirectly from use or inability to use the product.

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser who purchased the product from the Company or an authorized reseller.

• To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Company under this warranty shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

• The Company shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage arising from the use of the service and/or the use of any product purchased through the website.

Warranty service is subject to:

• Presentation of the original purchase invoice

• Submission of this Warranty Certificate

• A valid product serial number or other approved identification

The transaction record in the Company’s systems shall serve as final proof of purchase details.
